I'm interested in an account. How do I make a purchase?

Now you can purchase your accounts in 3 easy steps:

  1. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase into the cart.
  2. Register an account
  3. Proceed onto payment (PayPal or Stripe)

You will receive your order information (account details) in your registered e-mail.

What are the available payment methods?

We currently only accepts PayPal, Credit Card and Stripe.

After making the payment, how long do will you guys take to deliver my account?

At GamingSmurfs, we want to make sure you are able to access the accounts immediately!
Hence we have enabled Instant Delivery once we receive payment confirmation.

What will I receive after I make the purchase?

You will receive the following:

  • 1 x Steam Username and Password
  • 1 x Email address
  • 1 x CS:GO with the specific rank you purchased

After-sales Questions

How do I secure the account after purchasing?

We recommend all customers to do the following:

  • Change Password
  • Change E-mail
  • Enable Steam Guard
  • Enable Mobile Authenticator with mobile number (highly recommended, but optional)
How do I change the Steam Account's email ?

Upon receiving the account information, perform the following steps:

  1. Login the account via Steam Client
  2. Click on ‘Steam‘ Tab on the top left hand corner and  then -> ‘Settings’
  3. Click on ‘Change Password’. Now it will ask for Confirmation Code which was sent to the account’s E-mail address.
  4. Login to the E-mail given by us and get the Confirmation Code.
  5. After entering the Confirmation Code, Steam will ask for the New E-mail address. Kindly enter your personal E-mail.
  6. Login to your personal E-mail and retrieve the Confirmation Code.

How do I change the Steam Account's password?

Upon receiving the account information, perform the following steps:

  1. Login the account via Steam Client
  2. Click on ‘Steam‘ Tab on the top left hand corner and  then -> ‘Settings’
  3. Click on ‘Change Password’. Now it will ask for Confirmation Code which was sent to the account’s E-mail address.
  4. Login to the E-mail and enter the Confirmation Code.
  5. Now enter your own password

How do I turn on Steam Guard?

Normally when purchased a Steam Account from us, the Steam Guard is disabled due to faster access for our customers.

In order for you to enable Steam Guard, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to the account
  2. Click on ‘Steam’ Tab and Select ‘Mange Steam Guard Account Security
  3. Select the 2nd option ‘Get Steam Guard codes by email

Why can't I add friends?

Some of our Steam accounts are newly created to obtain the specific rank. With that said, we do not add the required $5.00 USD to unlock all features of the steam account.

In order for you to lift the restriction, you will have to add $5.00 USD to the account.

You can remove these limitations by the following methods:

  • Adding the equivalent of $5 USD or more to your Steam Wallet.
  • Purchasing game(s) that value $5 USD or more from Steam store.
